Custom Jewelry Design Customer Service / Return Policy Please read carefully. We have a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase with receipt. Madeline jewelry credit only. All sales are final. Your use of this site, your placement of order, or your submittal of any purchase order to Madeline's jewelry indicates acceptance of policies / term and conditions set forth on this site. California Sales Tax Any order purchased within the state of California will be subject to California Sales Tax. Repairs Repairs needed within the first 15 days of purchase with receipt will be honored at no charge. Repairs thereafter will be made by contacting our customer service department by email. Merchandise must be sent back to us and a written repair quote will be provided and must be signed by the purchaser before any repair work will begin. Shipping Madeline ships worldwide. Our regular shipping is via U.S. Postal Service (priority mail) with confirmation 2-3 days $12 Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery if the item is in stock. Special orders can often take up to 4 weeks depending on the request. If a design is on backorder, or out of stock completely, notification will be sent to the purchaser by email or phone.
